芍药籽油理化性质测定及与牡丹籽油比较分析 被引量:24

摘要 研究了牡丹、芍药籽油的提取、理化性质等内容。结果表明,通过相同的提取方式,二者植物油理化性质和脂肪酸、有益金属、维生素等营养物含量有一定的差异。在主要量化指标中,牡丹籽油含油量为19.66%,芍药籽油为19.71%;牡丹籽油总氨基酸含量为12.81 mg/100 mg,芍药籽油为9.01 mg/100 mg;牡丹籽油碘值、皂化值、棕榈酸质量分数、硬脂酸质量分数、油酸质量分数、亚油酸质量分数、亚麻酸质量分数分别为169.88 g/100 g、190.85 mg/g、5.35%、1.69%、24.71%、23.56%、44.69%,相应的芍药籽油为170.96g/100 g、192.05 mg/g、3.44%、0.87%、36.14%、28.34%、31.22%。对钙、铁、锌、镁等重要矿质元素的含量也进行了测定,芍药籽油钙、镁的含量显著高于牡丹籽油。数据分析显示芍药籽油成分与牡丹籽油相近,二者互有所长,为深入研究开发芍药籽油提供参考。 This study focused on peony seed oil extraction and the physicochemical properties. The data showd that after performing the same extraction methods, the two plants exhibited a significant difference in terms of contents of physicochemieal properties, fatty acid, beneficial metal, vitamin and other nutrient. The main quantitative indicators were presented as follows: the seed oil content of peony was 19.66% , whereas that of the herbaceous peony was 19.71%. The total amino acid content of tree peony seed oil was 12.81 rag/100 mg, whereas that of herbaceous peony was 9.01 mg/100 mg. Tree peony's seed oil iodine value, saponification value, palmitic acid content, stearic acid content, oleic acid content, linoleic acid content, and linolenic acid content were 169.88 g/100 g, 190.85 mg/g, 5.35% , 1.69% , 24.71% , 23.56% and 44.69% respectively; for herbaceous peony, the values for the same indicators were 170.96 g/100 g, 192.05 mg/g, 3.44% , 0.87% , 36.14% , 28.34% and 31.22% respectively. In addition, the contents of important mineral elements, such as calcium, iron, zinc, and magnesium, were determined. The contents of calcium and magnesium in herbaceous peony seed oil were significantly higher than those of tree peony seed oil. The data showed that the ingredient of herbaceous peony seed oil was similar to the ingredient of the peony, which provided reference to further develop and research the herbaceous peony seed oil.
