摘要
黑龙江省是全国的农业大省,商品粮调出比例高达70%,商品粮输出导致大量的虚拟水流出。采用联合国粮农组织(FAO)推荐的计算模式,得到黑龙江省三种农作物的虚拟水总量及虚拟水输出量。研究表明:黑龙江省的商品粮虚拟水输出量较大,水稻的虚拟水输出量最高,并呈现持续增长趋势,玉米虚拟水输出量稳定增长,大豆虚拟水输出量有下降趋势。虚拟水流出对区域水资源和生态产生影响,为解决此问题应采取发展现代节水农业方式,提高粮食生产的综合用水效率,并研究实施商品粮虚拟水运移补偿政策。
Heilongjiang Province is one of the country's major agricultural provinces, the proportion of commercial grain output reaches up to 70%, the output of the commodity grain leads to a large amount of virtual water outflow. By the calculation model recommended by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), three kinds of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province, the total amount of virtual water and virtual water output are available. Research shows that Heilongjiang commodity grain output of virtual water volume, virtual water rice maximum output continue to show a growth trend, virtual maize water output is growing stably, soybean virtual water output has decreased. Virtual water outflow has an impact on the regional water resources and ecology. In order to solve this problem we should take the development mode of modern water-saving agriculture, improve the comprehensive water efficiency of grain production, and study the implementation of commodity grain virtual water transport motion compensation policy.
