摘要
通过优化顶空分析条件,利用顶空-气相色谱法建立了一种测定水中7种苯系物的方法。探讨了氯化钠的用量、热浴温度、平衡时间、气液相比值对测定结果的影响。试验结果表明:采用Rtx-wax色谱柱、样品热浴温度为75℃、平衡时间为15 min时,7种苯系物在24 min之内能完全分离,相对标准偏差(RSD%)为1.2%~2.7%,加标回收率在93.4%~102.8%之间,7种苯系物分离效果好。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,可广泛适用于水环境中苯系物的测定。
The method for determining the 7 benzenes in water by Headspace gas chromatography was devel- oped by optimizing the headspace analysis conditions in this paper. The effects of sodium chloride dosage hot bath temperature, gas liquid relative ratio on testing results were discussed. The experiments showed that when the hot bath temperature of sample was 75℃ , the equilibrium time was 15 min ,by using chromatograph col- umn,the 7 benzens homologues were separated completely within 24 min. Its relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.2% -2.7% ,and the recoveries of the 7 benzenes were 93.4% - 102.8%. The method can be used in simultaneous separation and determination of 7 kinds of benzene series in water sample,with the advantages of good separating effect,which can be quite suitable for determining benzenes in the water.
