直喷发动机油底壳浇注系统改进设计与模具优化 被引量:2

Improvement of Design of Gating System and Mould for a New Generation of Straight Engine Oil Pan

摘要 针对新一代直喷发动机油底壳,利用模流软件以及缺陷对比,对其压铸浇注系统进行了工艺分析和工艺设计。浇注系统改为3边进浇,将内腔难补缩位置靠近进浇口,下侧为鹰嘴式内浇口入料,两侧为普通的平搭式内浇口入料,产品不设搭桥。加大直冷运水管直径,局部位置增加隔水片。由此,有效地消除了铸件冷隔、缩孔、气孔、夹层、烧伤、变形等缺陷,提高了模具的稳定性。 Gating system for a new generation of die casting straight engine oil pan was analyzed and designed by mold flow software and defect analysis.By improving design of the gating system and the cooling system,such as setting three direction pouring,setting feeding-difficult location to near pouring gate,adopting eagle-mouth ingate at bottom and horizontal arrangement ingate at two side as well as enlarging diameters of straight water tube and adding water-preventing plate at partial location,some defects such as cold insulation,shrinkage cavity,porosity,mezzanine,burns,deformation,can be eliminated effectively.And the stability of the mould was improved.
