摘要 介绍18.4-34 10PR农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 747 mm,断面宽436 mm,行驶面宽度436mm,行驶面弧度高35 mm,胎圈着合直径868 mm,胎圈着合宽度406.5 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.5,花纹深度90 mm,花纹饱和度18%,花纹周节数18。施工设计:胎体采用4层高强度2200dtex/2 4V_1聚酯浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层2200dtex/2 2V_2聚酯浸胶帘布,采用LCX-4B成型机成型、立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求。 The design on 18.4-34 10PR agriculture tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 747 mm, cross-sectional width 436 mm, width of running surface 436 mm, arc height of running surface 35 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 868 mm, bead width at rim seat 406.5 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0.5,pattern depth 90 mm, block/total ratio 18%, and number of pattern pitches 18. In construction design, the following processes were taken: 4 layers of high strength 2200dtex/2 4V1 dipped polyester cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of 2200dtex/2 2V2 dipped polyester cord for breaker ply, and using LCX-4B building machine to build tire and curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated overall dimension and physical properties met the requirements of national standard.
