摘要
目的分析怀化市2005—2015年肾综合征出血热(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,HFRS)的流行病学特征,为制定本地区HFRS的防控措施提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对怀化市2005—2015年HFRS报告病例进行流行病学分析。结果怀化市于2005—2015年共报告HFRS病例475例,年均报告发病率0.89/10万,报告死亡病例1例,病死率0.21%;疫情呈先下降后上升的趋势,每年11月至翌年1月为发病高峰期;病例主要分布于溆浦县、中方县、辰溪县、麻阳县、会同县和鹤城区;报告病例以男性青壮年农民为主;怀化市的鼠类构成室内优势鼠种为黄胸鼠,室外优势鼠种为褐家鼠。结论怀化市2005—2015年HFRS疫情呈现先下降后上升的趋势,应加强HFRS疫情及宿主动物的监测,开展防鼠灭鼠及疫苗推广接种等综合性防治措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （ HFRS ） from 2005 to 2015 in Huaihua, and provide the basis in development of related preventive measures. Methods The de- scriptive epidemiological method was carried out in analysis of characteristics of HFRS cases from 2005 to 2015 in Huaihua. Results A total of 475 HFRS cases were reported and 1 death case included. The average annual incidence was 0.89/10s and the fatality rate was 0. 02%. The epidemic was rising after decline. The incidence peak appeared Nov. to Jan. in next year in each year. The higher incidence occurred in Xupu County, Zhongfang County, Chenxi County, Mayang County, Hutong County and Hecheng District. The young farmers were the major targets. In aspect of animal host, rattus fiavipectus was in predominant indoors, and rattus norvegicns Berkenhout in predominant outdoors in the area. Conclusion The HFRS epidemic was rising after decline from 2005 to 2015 in Huaihua. The comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken, including, in prevention from HFRS, in surveillence of animal host , strengthening efforts in control of ro- dent, and enlargement of the related vaccination.
