摘要
提出一种将直线拟合和双圆弧拟合混合应用的算法,解决级进模工艺设计中毛坯轮廓样条曲线的拟合问题,在获取轮廓曲线的离散点及相应切向矢量后,应用跳跃点尝试回溯法,在满足误差要求的前提下让直线或圆弧拟合尽可能多的点,再将半径较大的圆弧转换为前后相邻圆弧的公切线,保证拟合后轮廓曲线G1的连续性,经在UG平台上的应用结果表明,该算法性能良好,取得了不错的效果。
An algorithm that applied both linear fitting and biarc fitting was proposed to solve the fitting problem of blank contour spline curve in progressive die design. After get- ting the discrete points of the contour curves and corresponding tangential vector, "point-skip trial and backtracking algorithm" was used to make the line and arc fit more points under the premise of satisfying error requirement. Then the arc with larger radius was converted into common tangent of adjacent arcs, which ensured the continuity of G1 contour curves after fitting. The application result on the UG platform indicated that the performance and effect of the algorithm was good.
