摘要
在工厂化生产的食用菌品种中,金针菇产量位居第一。在现有的工厂化生产条件下,通过技术提升是实现金针菇高产高效的重要途径。将磁化水用于栽培料制备、培养加湿、搔菌、生育加湿等单元操作,可显著提高菌株胞外漆酶、多酚氧化酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶的活性,提高菌株的生物转化率,缩短培养周期(0.5~1)d,缩短生育周期1 d,提高金针菇产量2 g/瓶以上;磁化水处理组的培养料含水量、菌株含水量、细菌污染瓶数及超重瓶数极显著低于生产对照组(P<0.01),菌株整齐度、紧实度较好,切根后根部裂纹较少,产品等级率提高。
In the factory production of edible fungi, output of Flammulina velutipes ranked the first. Under the existing factory production conditions, through improved technology was an important way to realize high yield and high efficiency in Flammulina velutipes production. The magnetization water was used for preparation of culture medium, humidification in workshop, mycelium stimulation of edible fungi, the experimental results showed that magnetization water could significantly improved the activity of laccase, polyphenol oxidase, carboxymethyl cellulase, hemicellulase, improved biological conversion ratio of Flammulina velutipes, shorten the culture cycle of 0.5~1 day, shorten the growth period of about 1 day, improved the yield 2 g/bottle. Water content of culture medium, water content of Flammulina velutipes, the number of bacterial contamination bottles and overweight bottles which dealed with magnetization water were significantly lower than that of production control group(P〈0.01). Uniformity and compactness were better. The crack of root was less, so grade rate of Flammulina velutipes was improved.
