正火对ZG230-450H铸钢再热过程相变的影响

Influence of Normalizing on Phase Transformation of ZG 230-450H during Reheating Process

摘要 采用热模拟试验技术并结合组织分析,研究了正火热处理对ZG 230-450H铸钢再热过程相变的影响。结果表明,由于正火后组织细化及均匀化,使ZG 230-450H铸钢再热奥氏体化转变开始温度及终止温度降低,奥氏体冷却过程中铁素体转变开始温度降低,最终相变温度终止温度提高。 The effect of normalizing on phase transformation of ZG 230- 450 H during reheating process was investigated by using thermal / mechanical simulator and microstructure analysis. Results shown that due to refinement and homogenization of microstructures by normalizing,the starting and ending temperatures of austenite transformation were reduced. In the austenite cooling process,the starting temperature of ferrite transformation was reduced and the final finishing temperature of the phase transformation was increased.
