摘要
研究了后处理工艺条件对铝电解电容器用铝箔经多级交流腐蚀后的比容和腐蚀箔比重的影响。结果表明,在保持其他步骤工艺参数不变的情况下,阳极箔比容和腐蚀箔比重都随硝酸浓度和温度的增加先增加后减小,阳极箔比容随着后处理时间的延长先增加后减少,而腐蚀箔比重随着后处理时间的延长而逐渐降低;当硝酸浓度0.25mol/L,硝酸溶液温度35℃,后处理时间120 s,阳极箔比容达到75.30μf/cm^2,此时腐蚀箔的比重为1.553 3 g/dm^2。
In this paper, the effects of post-treatment conditions on the specific volume and corrosion ratio of aluminum foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors atter multi-stage AC etching were studied.The results show that the specific volume of the anode foil and the specific gravity of the corrosion foil increase and then decrease with the increase of nitric acid concentration and temperature, and the specific volume of the anode foil decreases with the increase of the post-treatment time.And the proportion of corrosive foil decreased with the increase of post-treatment time.When the molar concentration of nitric acid was 0.25mol/L, the temperature of nitric acid solution was 35℃ and the post-treatment time was 120s., The specific volume of the anode foil to 75.30 μf/cm^2, then the corrosion foil specific gravity of 1.5533 g/dm^2.
