摘要
以西安地铁4号线凤城九路站—凤城十二路站区间土压平衡盾构施工为背景,基于测试数据研究了土压平衡盾构在砂层中掘进参数及控制措施。现场情况表明:通过动态调整参数及渣土改良,使得盾构刀盘扭矩、掘进速度、出土量、注浆压力和注浆量分别控制在3 500~4 500k N·m,40mm/min,50~55m3,0.2~0.4MPa,4.86~6m3/环时,能够使土压平衡盾构较好地适应砂层。
Based on the construction process of the earth pressure balance shield tunneling between Fengcheng Ninth Road station and Fengcheng Twelfth Road station of Xi'an Subway Line 4,excavation parameters and control measurements in the construction of earth pressure balance shield tunneling are studied according to test data. Research results show that,earth pressure balance shield tunneling can be applied in sandy layer when shield cutter torque,excavation speed,volume of excavated earth,grouting pressure,and grouting volume are maintained between 3 500 k N·m to 4 500 k N·m,40 mm / min,50m^3to55m^3,0. 2MPa to 0. 4MPa,and 4. 86m^3 to 6m3respectively by means of soil improvement and dynamic parameter adjustment.
