摘要
为探讨粉托鬼笔(Phallus hadriani)在不同固体培养上的生长特性,采用固体培养基皿培法培养粉托鬼笔,研究不同固体培养基、不同碳源、不同氮源对粉托鬼笔的生长、菌丝形态、菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,粉托鬼笔菌丝体在不同固体培养基上均能生长,尤其是在麦麸固体培养基上生长最好。粉托鬼笔菌丝体对所试的不同碳源均能利用,而在以甘露糖、山梨醇、蔗糖、麦芽糖、木聚糖为碳源的固体培养基培养时生长速度较快。在所试的不同氮源中,对有机氮源均能利用,而无机氮源中只对硫酸铵利用较好,在以亚硝酸钠和尿素为氮源的固体培养基上未见肉眼可辨的生长。
To explore the cultural characteristics of Phallus hadriani on solid media, we used soild agar medium to culture P. hadriani. Effects of different soild media, carbon sources, and nitrogen sources on growth and morphology of P. hadriani were explored. Mycelial growth rate was most rapid on a medium containing an aqueous extract of malt (malt liquor). P. hadriani were grew better when mannose, sorbitol, sucrose, maltose and xylan was carbon sources in soild media. Organic nitrogen sources can be used by P. hadriani. P. hadriani were grew better when ammonium sulfate was nitrogen sources, but there were no growth when sodium nitrite and carbamide was nitrogen sources.
