摘要
以团队为基础的学习(Team-Based Learning,TBL)是一种小组学习模式,近年来在医学教育领域中使用逐年增加。文章综述了TBL教学法的设计要素及其在医学院校妇产科教学领域的具体实施情况,并比较了TBL教学法和传统教学法之间教学效果的差异。
Team-based learning(TBL) ,a form of small-group learning, has gained popularity in medical education in recent years. We con- ducted this systematic review to establish the key element of design, practice of TBL programs in Gynecology and Obstetrics within medical schools,and compare teaching effect and student satisfaction between TBL curriculum and traditional lectures. We hope that the content we share in this article can ensure the successful design and implementation of TBL in Gynecology and Obstetrics course, help our colleagues to im- prove their teaching outcomes.
