摘要
本文介绍由我国天业通联公司承担的科威特多哈海湾大桥建设施工用1700 t级"架运提"全套超大型装备供货项目的关键技术研究,包括1700 t/60 m双幅、变幅、变跨式架桥机,1700 t/60 m双幅、变幅、变跨式轮胎式运梁车,1700 t/60 m轮胎式提梁机,相关施工工艺等关键技术研究的整体内容、研究目标、研究方略以及创新性,其中双幅梁片之间的变幅范围系从最小15.5 m至最大19.3 m;跨度变化由最小30 m至最大60 m。故本文具有重要参考价值。目前该成套装备已成功投入科威特大桥施工现场使用。
This paper introduces the key technique study on Chinese complete set of super largescale (1 700 tons grade) equipment to be used in Kuwait-Doha Bay Bridge for construction, it includes all the contents of the key technique study, the study objectives, the study method & tactics and the innovations that belong to one set of bridging machine, one set of tyre vehi- cle for transporting box PC beam and one set of tyre hoisting PC beam machine, all of their features should be suitable to erect 1700 t/60 m double box PC beams supported at two transversal piers and their transversal spacing to be variable from Max 19.3 m to Min 15.5 m, and the box PC beam spans to be variable from Max 60 m to Min 30 m. This paper possesses important reference value. At present, the complete set of equipment has been successfully used in the construction site of Kuwait Bridge.
