摘要
顶推施工是跨江、河施工的先进施工工艺,国内成功顶推施工最大跨度为168 m。结合黄大铁路黄河特大桥(120+4×180+120)m连续钢桁梁的顶推施工,对大跨度全悬臂顶推施工中的120 m导梁进行设计研讨与优化。解决了顶推施工中的大跨下挠、稳定、横向抗风等问题,为同类的施工导梁提供参考经验。
Incremental launching construction is an advanced construction technology for cross-river construction, the lar- gest span of China' s successful incremental launching construction is 168 m. Combined with the incremental launching construction of (120 + 4 × 80 + 120 m) continuous steel truss beam for extra-large bridge across the Yellow River in South Huangye-Dajiawa Railway, this paper made a design and optimization on 120 m large span guide beam during the construc- tion of full cantilever pushing. It solved the problems such as large span deflection, stability and transverse wind resistance in incremental launching construction, which could provide a reference for guide beam construction of similar projects.
