国外图书馆员专业发展的理论框架与实践取向研究 被引量:3

摘要 作为研究国外图书馆员专业发展的有效视角之一,理论与取向之间的密切关系对图书馆员专业发展的内在演变路径有重要影响。从理论视角来看,国外图书馆员专业发展的理论图景是建立在建构主义、实用主义与情境主义多元共存基础上的;从实践取向来看,理论到实践的发展谱系、团队到个人的实践取向谱系在图书馆员专业发展的实践过程中充当了媒介工具的作用。基于国外的经验,我国图书馆员的专业发展模式可以分为基于专业发展目标的发展模式、基于知识与技能转化的发展模式和基于标准的发展模式。 The intertwined relationship between theory and orientation, as a valid approach in researching foreign librarians' professional development, has critical impact on professional trajectory of librarians' professional development. From a theoretical point of view, foreign librarians' professional development is rooted in an interdisciplinary theoretical framework consisting of constructivism, pragmatism and situationism. From a practical point of view, the approaches of "theory to practice" and "group to individual" function as a medium in librarians' professional development. Experiences of foreign librarians teach us that, librarians' professional development in China can be divided into a three fold system: the development mode that is based on professional development goal, the development mode that is based on the transformation of knowledge and skills, and the mode that is based on standards.
