摘要
应用型高校作为我国培养高层次技术技能人才的主阵地,是改善我国人力资源供给侧结构性改革的关键要素。加强学风建设是立德树人的内在要求,是应用型高校提高人才培养质量的必然选择。加强应用型高校学风建设,改变不良学风问题,必须坚持以人为本和综合治理的思想,以师德师风建设为核心,以实践应用为导向,以学生的真才实学为根本,加强监督和约束机制建设,强化高校的主体责任意识。
As an important base of cultivating high- level technical talents,applied universities is the key factory in improving the supply side structural reform of human resource in China.The construction of study style is an important part of cultivating and improving the quality of talents cultivation.For cultivating high- level technical talents and implementing the strategy of reinvigorating China through science and technology development,it is of important practical significance to strengthen the construction of study style in applied universitiea T herefore,we need to adhere to the people- oriented and comprehensive governance thoughts,regard the construction of teachers＇ ethics as the core,take practical application as the guiding,and take student s intellectual equipment as the basis to strengthen the construction of supervision and restriction mechanism ans strengthen the university＇s main body responsibility consciousness.
