摘要
采用三坐标测量机测得手电筒表面若干空间点数据,利用UGNX6.0对其点云数据进行处理并完成三维CAD的重建,同时对其进行内部结构设计,然后基于3D打印技术实现对该零件原型的快速成型制造。与传统设计方法相比,逆向工程与快速成型技术相结合,提高了产品设计的效率,缩短了塑料制品的设计和研发周期,提高了企业的竞争力。
A number of point cloud data of the torch surface measure and with the three coordinates measuring ma-chine were processed in the UG NX6.0 environment, and structure design on the internal, on this basis, this paper has already achieved the rapid prototyping manufacturing of the torch prototype by the 3D printing technology. Compared with the traditional design methods, the combination of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping tech-nology can improve the efficiency of product design;shorten the period of research development, and plastic product design. And improve the business competitiveness.
