摘要
低碳已成为时代主题,物流业作为国民经济的基础产业,在节能减排的同时提高效率具有重要意义。从节能低碳角度出发,在利用投影寻踪模型(PP)对物流产出进行降维分析的基础上,采用随机前沿分析(SFA)对我国2008—2014年30个省份的物流效率进行了测算。结果显示:考察期间我国物流效率均值低于0.5,且存在较大的无效率现象;地区间物流效率的差异明显,物流发展不均衡,呈现"东高西低"的格局。在对影响因素的分析中发现,政府支持、科技进步对物流效率产生有利影响,而环境规制强度、经济发展水平及对外开放度未能产生积极影响。
The article calculates the logistics efficiency of 30 provinces from 2008 to 2014 using stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) with dimension reduction analysis of logistics output by projection pursuit (PP) model from the view of saving energy and low-carbon. The result displays: the logistics efficiency is lower than 0.5 in our country, and there is a large void ratio during the investigation; the difference of regional logistics efficiency is obvious, the development of logistics is not balanced, showing the pattern of "east high and west low". It also shows that the government support, the progress of science and technology have a favorable impact on the efficiency of logistics, but intensity of environmental regulation, the level of economic development and the degree of openness have failed to produce a positive impact through the analysis of the influencing factors.
