摘要 目的:探讨血清胱抑素C水平与慢性心力衰竭患者严重程度的关系。方法:选取我院120例慢性心衰患者设为心衰组,40例同期健康者为对照组,收集比较各组血清CysC水平并分析与慢性心衰严重程度的相关性。结果:心衰组患者的血清CysC水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);心衰组心功能Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者的CysC水平均明显高于Ⅱ级,Ⅳ级患者的CysC水平明显高于Ⅲ级(P<0.05),上述差异均具有统计学意义。结论:血清CysC水平随着慢性心衰患者心功能分级的提高而增高,可反映慢性心衰严重程度。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between severity of serum cystatin C level in patients with chronic heart failure. Meth- ods:120 cases of chronic heart failure patients with heart failure were chosen as the experimental group, while 40 cases serve as the control group. Their serum CysC levels were analyzed and compared with the severity of chronic heart failure to find out their relationship. Results: The serum CysC level in patients with heart failure was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05); heart failure group and heart function in patients with grade HI and IV CysC levels were significantly higher than those of grade II, grade IV in patients with CysC was signifi- candy higher than the third level,P 〈 0.05,the difference was statistically significant . Conclusion: The serum CysC level increases with the im- provement of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure, which can reflect the severity of chronic heart failure.
