摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯为基础单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯为功能性共聚单体,在引发剂的作用下以异丙醇为溶剂进行自由基聚合,得到三元共聚型聚丙烯酸酯,并将其作为粉末涂料的流平剂制备了涂膜。考察了功能性单体质量比,引发剂种类及其用量,反应温度和时间对产物收率、分子量及分布、涂膜外观、流平性和耐冲击性的影响,得到适宜的工艺条件为:丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯的质量比为90:6:4,引发剂采用偶氮二异丁腈且用量为占单体总质量的1.1%,反应温度82.5°C,反应时间4 h。此时产品的收率为99.7%,分子量及其分布较好,涂膜的流平性也佳。
A terpolymerized polyacrylate was synthesized via free radical polymerization under the action of initiator and in isopropanol as solvent, using butyl acrylate as based monomer, as well as methyl methacrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate as functional comonomer, and then used as a leveling agent for powder coating. The effects of mass ratio of functional monomers, initiator type and its content, as well as reaction time and temperature on product yield, molecular weight and its distribution, appearance, leveling property and impact resistance of coatings were discussed. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: mass ratio of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate 90:6:4, azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator with an amount of 1.1% of the total mass of monomers, reaction temperature 82.5℃, and reaction time 4 h. The yield of the product is 99.7%. All are good enough with respect to the molecular weight and its distribution and film's leveling of final product.
