摘要
为了校核甲板梁开孔后的剪切应力是否满足规范的要求,对其进行有限元建模计算是一个比较直观且准确的方法,但是如果要用板单元细网格详细模拟出开孔后的梁结构,则需要大量的时间来建模,计算周期很长。文章通过对甲板梁采用梁单元模拟进行有限元计算的方法,基于剪应力计算理论,对一大型海洋生活驳船生活区甲板梁的开孔结构进行了分析计算,通过对局部结构采用了细网格的板单元模拟计算进行对比研究,验证了该方法是可行的。
In order to check whether the shear stress of the deck beam is satisfied with the requirements of the class specification, the finite element modeling calculation is a more intuitive and accurate method. But if using the plate element fine mesh to simulate the structure of the beam after the opening, it would need a lot of time to model, and the calculation period would be very long. In the paper, a beam element method is used to simulate the deck beam. Based on the shear stress calculating theory, the shear stress is analyzed and calculated for the deck beams opening in deckhouse for a large marine accommodation barge. Using a fine mesh plate element simulation to study the local structure verifies that the method is feasible.
