摘要
红庆梁煤矿3-1煤层回风大巷过DF14断层破碎带施工中,根据该断层破碎带构造特征,并考虑经济合理性和施工安全性,决定掘进绕道,垂直通过该断层;过断层之前,采用塑性早强复合注浆材料和水泥-水玻璃双液浆,对断层破碎带进行注浆加固,预留止浆岩柱。方案实施后,收到了预期效果,为类似条件下的巷道施工提供了经验。
In a construction of an air returning roadway in No. 3-1 seam passed through a broken zone of DF14 fault in Hongqingliang Mine,according to the structure features of the broken zone in the fault and in consideration of the economic rationality and construction safety, a detour heading was determined and the driving was vertically passed through the fault. Before the detour passed through the fault, the plastic early strength complex grout material and the cement-sodium silicate double liquid grout were applied to the grouting reinforcement of the broken zone in the fault and the grouting rock pillar was pre-left. After the plan conducted,the schedule effect was reached and could provide the experiences to the construction of the mine roadway under the similar condition.
