摘要
为了提高终端用户配电系统运行的可靠性和供电电能质量,该文在传统低压终端配电自动化方案的基础上提出了一种电能质量集散控制系统方案。该控制系统方案的集中控制部分不仅继承了传统配电自动化的功能,而且将传统被动的电能质量监测分析功能增强为主动的电能质量控制功能;分散控制部分由集成在标准的抽屉式配电开关柜中的若干个电力电子变流器子模块组成,不仅能在终端配电支路处降低负荷间的电能质量影响,同时也改善了电网入口处的电能质量。最后,实验结果也证明了所提方案是可行的。
In order to improve the reliability of terminal distribution system and the power quality, a distributed controlsystem scheme for power quality is proposed on the basis of traditional low voltage distribution automation scheme. Thecentral control part of the control system not only inherits the function of traditional distribution automation technology,but also upgrades the traditional passive monitoring-and-analysis function to become an active power quality controlfunction. The decentralized control part, which consists of a number of power electronic converter submodules integrat-ed in the drawer of standard draw-out type switchgear, can weaken the impact on power quality due to low load at theterminal distribution branch, as well as improve the power quality at the entrance of power grid. Experimental result in-dicates that the proposed scheme is feasible.
