摘要
目的基于"孕产妇心身健康门诊"基础研究,通过应用研究验证在围产保健科室设立"孕产妇心身健康门诊"的可行性。方法在天津市滨海新区大港妇女儿童保健中心、广州市越秀区妇幼保健院、临安市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心围产保健科室设立的"孕产妇心身健康门诊"开展应用研究。结果取得"孕产妇心身健康门诊"(基于围产保健科室)模型成果。结论在围产保健科室设立"孕产妇心身健康门诊"极具可行性,治疗孕产妇心理问题及其诱发的躯体功能障碍的医疗服务,得到孕产妇及其家属的认可和接受,临床技术易于医护人员掌握和实际操作,临床疗效显著,是促进孕产妇心身健康及提高阴道分娩安全的创新举措,对提高胎儿素质乃至整体提高国人基本素质都具有重要意义。
Objective To verify the feasibility of setting up the physical and mental health clinic of the pregnant and maternal women at the department of perinatal health care by means of applied research according to the fundamental research of physical and mental health clinic of the pregnant and maternal women.Methods Applied research was conducted in the physical and mental health clinic established at the department of perinatal health care in Dagang medical and health center for women and children of Tianjin Binhai New Area,maternal and child health care hospital in Yuexiu district of Guangzhou,Ling＇an maternal and child health care and family planning service center.Results The study achieved the model of ＂the physical and mental health clinic of the pregnant and maternal women＂（based on the department of perinatal health care）.Conclusion It is highly feasible to set up ＂physical and mental health clinic of the pregnant and maternal women＂ at the department of perinatal health care,applicable for the treatment of pregnant women＇s psychological problems and medical services for the induced psychological dysfunction,which has been recognized and accepted by pregnant and maternal women and their families;besides,corresponding clinical skills are easy to be mastered and operated by hospital medical staffs,with great clinical therapeutic effect.It is an innovative measure to promote the physical and mental health of pregnant and maternal women,and improve the safety of vaginal delivery,providing great significance to improve the quality of the fetus and the basic quality of the people.
