摘要
目的探讨不同带教方式在心内科临床护理实习生带教中的应用价值。方法选取150例心内科临床护理实习生分为实施511带教法的观察组及实施常规带教法的对照组,对两组临床护理实习生带教满意度等指标进行观察统计。结果观察组综合能力优良率及带教满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心内科临床护理实习生带教中实施511带教法所取得的效果显著,有效提高了临床护理实习生的综合能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of different teaching methods in the department of cardiology clinical nursing interns in teaching application. Methods 150 cases of clinical nursing interns in Department of Cardiology were divided into the observation group to implement the 511 teaching and the implementation of the control group with conventional teaching methods, observation and statistics of two groups of clinical nursing teaching of interns satisfaction. Results The comprehensive ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Department of cardiology clinical nursing interns in teaching implementation of 511 teaching has significant effect, can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of clinical nursing interns.
