摘要
目的探讨助产护理在临床肩难产产妇中的应用效果。方法将在2014年7月-2016年7月于我院妇产科进行分娩的48例肩难产产妇随机分成观察组24例与对照组24例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上再采用助产护理,对两组产妇护理效果进行回顾性分析。结果观察组产妇的手术一般指标与自然分娩情况优于对照组产妇;观察组产妇的产后不良事件发生率与新生儿不良事件发生率低于对照组。结论助产护理可以帮助肩难产产妇顺利渡过分娩期,降低产妇与新生儿的不良事件发生风险,有效提高肩难产产妇的分娩质量。
Objective To explore the effect of midwifery nursing on clinical dystocia. Methods 48 cases maternal shoulder dystocia from July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital, who were randomly divided into observation group 24 cases and control group 24 cases, control group received shoulder dystocia maternal routine nursing, midwifery care in the observation group received shoulder dystocia maternal routine nursing, the effect of the two groups nursing were retrospectively analyzed. Results The general index of operation and natural childbirth in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The incidence of postpartum adverse events and neonatal adverse events were lower in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Midwifery nursing can help the maternal dystocia through the delivery, reduce the risk of maternal and neonatal adverse events, and improve the quality of delivery.
