摘要
目的为临床股骨粗隆间骨折患者压疮形成提供有效的预防措施,有效降低压疮的发生。方法对25例股骨粗隆间骨折患者采取相应的预防措施。结果进行相关护理干预后,患者在住院期间内均保持皮肤完好,无一例发生压疮。结论对股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行压疮预防护理措施能有效地减少压疮的发生。
Objective To provide effective preventive measures for the formation of pressure ulcers in patients with intertrochanteric fracture, and to effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers. Methods 25 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated with corresponding preventive measures. Results After the nursing intervention, the patients were kept in good condition during the hospitalization period, and no pressure ulcer occurred. Conclusio The prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers in patients with intertrochanteric fractures can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores.
