摘要
介绍了四方金矿的矿石性质、尼尔森选矿机在四方金矿的应用情况。针对原重选工艺流程中存在的金重选回收率低、浓密金品位波动幅度大、一段球磨机负荷大等问题进行了分析。进行了重选工艺流程试验,对试验结果进行了分析与讨论,确定了最优重选工艺流程,并用于生产实践。应用后,金重选回收率提高至47%,处理矿量提高131 t/d,平均尾渣和尾液金品位分别降低了0.006 g/t和0.002 g/m3,选冶回收率提高了0.84%,减少了氰化钠消耗和电解开机塔数,节省了材料消耗,降低了浓密机底流金品位及其波动幅度,优化了生产工艺。每年综合经济效益975万元。
The ore properties and the application of Knelson concentrator in Sifang Gold mine are introduced.The gold recovery is low in the original gravity separation process,the gold grade of thickener's underflow has large fluctuation range,the first stage ball mill has a large load and other issues are analyzed.The gravity separation tests are carried out,and the test results are analyzed and discussed.The optimal separation flowheet is determined and applied in production practice.After application,the gravity separation of gold recovery rate has increased to 47%,ore processing capacity has been improve by 131t/d,and average tailings and tailing solution of gold grade have respectively been reduced by 0.006 g/t and 0.002 g/m^3,and mineral processing and smelting recovery rate has been increased by 0.84%,with the consumption of sodium cyanide and electrolytic boot tower number reduced,material consumption saved,the gold grade of thickener 's underflow and fluctuation range declined and the production process optimized.Comprehensive economic benefits are 9.75 million yuan a year.
