摘要
在城市化不断推进的过程中,如何实现对城市社区的有效治理是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要议题。在"互联网+"的时代背景下,社区的信息化管理与网络化治理则是推动城市社区治理水平提升的关键所在。由此,从社区网络平台建设切入,全面考察社区信息化建设对社区服务、社区参与及社区治理的关系,可为"互联网+"时代的社区建设和管理提供可资借鉴的思路和启示。
In the process of China Urbanization, it is important that improving urban community governance to advance modernization in the state governance system and governance capabitity. With the rapid development of Internet, Information management and Net-werk governance within community become more and more important to improve social governance. Thus, it explores the relationship between community service, community participation and construction governance with the view of community information construction. The purpose of this present paper is to put forward some suggestions for improving Urban Community Social Governance.
