摘要
多环芳烃类化合物因具有独特的分子结构以及突出的电子性能,在发光二极管、有机半导体材料、太阳能电池及场效应晶体管中有着极其广泛的应用。为了更好地发挥性能,扩大生产及拓宽应用范围,科研工作者还经常在多环芳烃中引入功能化官能团对其进行修饰。近年来,合成结构新颖、性能诱人的多环芳烃类化合物吸引了国内外众多研究者的青睐。本文选择性地概述了平面型多环芳烃类化合物的研究进展,旨在合成方法上有所突破,使之在新型功能材料领域得到更广泛的应用。
The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are widely used in light-emitting diodes,organic solar cells,organic devices field-effect transistors,photovoltaic cells,and so on,which are based on their own physical and chemical properties. The incorporation of functional groups into the aromatic framework of PAHs,which can not only influence their physical and chemical properties but also can make it be much more used in various fields,is one of the most widely used methods to obtain novel organic materials based on PAHs. In recently,more and more researchers have paid much attention to the synthesis of PAHs,which have unique structure and attractive application. The research progress on the synthesis of PAHs was summarized in order to make a breakthrough and make them more widely used in functional materials.
