摘要
CDMDI-100L是MDI类异氰酸酯的重要改性品种。在生产过程中,CDMDI-100L降温至80℃时,其NCO含量范围关系着MDI-100的反兑量,并直接影响最终产品的质量。目前,采用国标法分析CDMDI-100L中NCO含量,分析时间大约50 min,加上采样时间,导致工艺生产调整滞后,可控性降低。此研究主要通过实验比对CDMDI-100L 80℃样品的折光率值与采用国标法测定得出的NCO值的关系。结果表明,在一定范围内,两者之间有良好的线性关系,分析时间缩短至约5 min。采用2T检验证明了结论是可靠的。
CDMDI-100 L is one of the important varieties of modified MDI class. In the process of continuous production,the NCO content range of CDMDI-100 L sample decided the amount of MDI-100,and directly affected the quality of the final product. At present,analyzing time of NCO content of CDMDI-100 L was about 50 min by national standard method,and sampling time,leading to process production lag and production control reduced. The experimental comparison relationship between refractive index value of the sample and NCO content by national standard method was studied. The results showed that two values had a good linear relationship within a certain range. The analysis time reduced to about 5 min. Adopt double sample variance test results were reliable.
