摘要
结合北部湾经济区对应用型油气储运人才的需求,以提升油气储运人才的工程实践能力为目标,对培养油气储运人才的基础化学教学过程进行了微课教学改革。本文分析了北部湾经济区对油气储运工程专业人才的需求形势,开展微课教学改革的条件基础,总结了开展微课教学改革的优势和弊端,并提出提升微课教学改革质量的一些建议,对其他专业应用型人才的培养也具有借鉴意义。
Combined with the demand of talent in local applied oil-gas storage and transportation engineering talent for the North Bay area, the micro-class teaching reform of basic chemistry teaching process was carried out with the aim ot improving the engineering practice ability of applied oil-gas storage and transportation engineering talent. The demand situation of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone for the professionals of oil- gas storage and transportation engineering professional was analyzed. The basis of micro- class teaching reformation was analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out the micro-teaching reform were also summarized. Some suggestions to improve the quality ot micro-teaching reform were given, which might also provide the basement for other applied talent.
