摘要
为解决重型卡车方向盘怠速抖动问题,对转向系统振动特性进行测试,得出怠速时方向盘振动过大的原因是由于方向盘的固有频率和发动机怠速时的主激励频率接近,引起共振。因此对转向系统方案进行改进,采用有限元分析方法对原方案和改进方案的模态进行仿真分析,验证了方案的可行性。最后经过实车验证,抖动现象消失。
In order to solve the steering wheel wobbling at idle speed of a truck, we tested the vibration performance of the steering system, and the result showed that the wheel natural frequency is very near to the main excitation of engine idle speed, then causing resonance vibration. So we improved the steering system program, and analyzed the mode of the optimization and prime program with FEA simulation, to ensure the probability of the optimization program. In the end, the optimization program had been tested on the truck, and the problem of the steering wheel wobbling disappeared.
