摘要
根据国家标准GB 14167—2013对乘用车座椅ISOFIX固定点强度的试验要求,运用有限元分析理论,以某款新开发乘用车的座椅ISOFIX固定点为研究对象,建立乘用车座椅ISOFIX固定点有限元模型,并应用HyperWorks软件进行正向力和斜向力试验,得到相应的座椅应力应变云图,进而分析和预测座椅的薄弱环节,为乘用车座椅的结构设计与优化提供参考。
According to the requirement for strength test of ISOFIX fixed point of passenger car seat specified by national standard GB 14167--2013, the finite element analysis theory was used and the ISOFIX fixed point of a newly developed passenger ear seat was taken as the research object to build a finite element model for ISOFIX fixed point of passenger car seat. HyperWorks software was applied to the tests for the positive force and the oblique force to obtain the corresponding stress-strain cloud chart of the seat. Therefore, By analyzing and predicting the weak links of the seat, it is available to provide a reference for structural design and optimization of passenger car seats.
