摘要
为了反映大型船舶船体变形对艉部结构支撑刚度的影响,设计了艉轴-油膜-艉部系统试验台,建立了动力学模型,分析了不同支撑刚度下的艉轴动力学特征,总结了支撑刚度对艉轴振动特性的影响。结果表明,艉轴系统的动力学特性会随艉部结构支撑刚度的变化而发生较大改变,艉轴最大振幅随艉部结构支撑刚度的减小而增大。
In order to reflect the impact of ship hull deformation on supporting rigidity of stern structure, a test rig for stern shaft-oil film-stern system was designed while a dynamic model was built. The dynamic characteristics of the stern shaft under different supporting rigidity were analyzed, and the influence of the supporting rigidity on the vibration characteristics of the stern shaft was summarized. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the stern shaft system will change greatly with the supporting rigidity of the stern structure, and the maximum amplitude of the stern shaft will increase with the decrease of the supporting rigidity of the stern structure.
