啤酒废水对IC反应器启动阶段的影响

摘要 本实验以啤酒废水(啤酒葡萄糖配水)为底物启动IC(厌氧内循环)反应器,在HRT为6h,温度为35±1℃的条件下试运行至启动阶段,其实验结果与同等条件下以糖蜜(红糖)废水运行的IC反应器的启动阶段结果数据(COD去除率与出水pH值)作对比分析,得到啤酒废水加入底物中对IC反应器启动运行的影响:(1)COD去除率前期较高,可达到60%以上,后期降低,趋于30%;(2)出水pH值降低至4以下;(3)系统不稳定。并根据以上分析对实验的改进提出建议。 A internal circulation(IC) reactor uses brewery wastewater(the solution within wine and amylaceum) as fundamental subtracts. The results are compared with the one from another experiment that Ding Rui treated the molasses wastewater(water within only brown sugar) by the same IC reactor under the same condition: the HRT is 6 h and the temperature is 35 ± 1℃,for acquiring a conclusion how wine can influence the commissioning stage of the IC reactor. The results are following:(1) It can raise removal rate of COD in early days and decrease it later,which is more than 60% highest in the initial stage but levels off to about 30%.(2) It can decrease pH of the water going out.(3) It can make the system unstable. And then,according to the above,the last part of article supports some advices on how to improve the experiment.
