摘要
针对全粒级碎石胶结泵送充填系统存在充填成本高、泵送难度大、堵管风险高的问题,对大梁矿业碎石骨料、水泥的粒级分布进行了测试,结果显示灰砂比为13.81的充填料才能满足极细颗粒含量大于20%的要求。提出了添加磨细粉料代替水泥的工艺方案,通过开展现场工业泵送试验、充填体强度试验,找出了合理的水泥、细粉料、碎石配比,并据此对充填系统给料工艺进行了优化改造。结果表明,采用磨细粉料中的极细颗粒代替水泥中极细颗粒的方案在工业上可行,显著降低了矿山充填成本和泵送难度,顺利实现了全粒级碎石泵送胶结充填系统的低成本和安全可靠运行。
In view of the problem of high filling cost, difficulty of pumping and high risk of pipe plugging of the cement filling system, by testing the size of the stone and cement, the results show that filling sand ratio is 1 : 3.81 can meet the requirement of very fine particle content of more than 20%. This paper puts forward adding fine powder process instead of cement, through the field industrial pumping test, filling body strength test to find out the reasonable cement, fine powder and gravel ratio. The results show that using a very fine powder instead of finely ground particles of very fine particles in the cement industry in the feasible scheme. It significantly reduces the cost of mine filling and the difficulty of pumping, the low cost and reliable operation of the whole system of filling can successfully be achieved.
