摘要
目的:分析在下颌骨骨折内固定术中采用聚左旋乳酸可吸收骨固定系统的临床应用效果。方法:选择2012年3月-2015年5月来本院治疗下颌骨骨折患者122例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组61例。对照组采用微型钛板及螺钉进行固定,治疗组采用聚左旋乳酸可吸收骨固定系统进行固定,观察两组的固定效果。结果:治疗后,两组张口度、咀嚼效能均明显优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术后1年行二次手术率明显高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在下颌骨骨折内固定术中采用聚左旋乳酸可吸收骨固定系统效果更明显,不仅能扩大张口度、改善咀嚼效能,还能缩短骨折愈合时间,避免二次手术,减轻了患者痛苦,可推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Poly L-lactic Acid ( PLLA ) absorbable bone fixation system in the treatment of mandibular fractures.Method: A total of 122 patients with mandibular fractures were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group from March 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital, 61 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with mini titanium plate and screw fixation, patients in the treatment group were treated with PLLA absorbable bone fixation system, the effects of two groups were compared.Result: After treatment, mouth opening and masticatory efficiency of two groups were significantly better than those of before treatment, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈O.05 ), but there were no significant differences between two groups ( P〉0.05 ) .Fracture healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The second operation rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group after 1 year, the difference were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The effect of PLLA absorbable bone fixation system in the internal fixation of mandibular fractures is more obvious, because it can shorten the healing time of mandibular fractures, avoid the second operations and reduce the pain of the patients.
