摘要
目的探讨马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗血栓性外痔的临床效果。方法观察2012年6月~2016年5月,于我院外科门诊明确诊断为血栓性外痔的患者196例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组98例。对照组给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,2.5 g/支,早晚各1支,部分挤入肛门内,部分外涂。治疗组在对照组药物基础上联用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊,比较两组治疗后第5、10天的总有效率。结果治疗组患者第5、10天的总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(82.7%vs.67.3%,P<0.05,91.8%vs.75.5%,P<0.01)。结论马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗血栓性痔的临床效果优于马应龙麝香痔疮膏单独治疗。
Objective To eveluate the clinical effect of Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Ointments combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the treatment of thrombosed hemorrhoids.Methods 196 cases with thrombotic hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=98） and control group （n=98）.The treatment group was treated with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Ointments combined with Calcium Dobesilate,and the control group was only treated with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Ointments,and each ointment had 2.5 g,1 ointment was used sooner or later,part of drug was used to squeeze into anus,another part was for external use..The clinical effect in the fifth day and the tenth day of treatment between two groups was observed.Resuits After five days and ten days treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was $2.7% and 91.8% respectively,and that of the control group was 67.3% and 75.5%,and there was a significant statistical difference （82.7% vs. 67.3%,P〈0.05,91.8% vs. 75.5%,P〈0.01）;between two groups.Conclusion The effect of Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Ointments combined with Calcium Dobesilate on ＇treating thrombosed hemorrhoids is better than that of treating with Mayin＇glong Shexiang Zhichuang Ointments only.
