摘要
目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、D-二聚体水平和急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者冠状动脉病变程度的相关性研究。方法 ACS患者作为观察组,另取同时期60例健康正常者作为对照,对比两组之间血清降钙素原、D-二聚体水平,同时统计不同冠脉病变支数的观察组患者的血清PCT、D-二聚体水平。结果对照组的血清PCT、D-二聚体水平分别是(0.034±0.004)μg/L、(0.082±0.012)mg/L,而观察组患者的两指标水平分别是(0.073±0.007)μg/L、(0.324±0.035)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中单支冠脉病变血清PCT、D-二聚体水平分别是(0.065±0.005)μg/L、(0.301±0.029)mg/L,双支冠脉病变分别为(0.070±0.006)μg/L、(0.317±0.033)mg/L,三支冠脉病变分别为(0.075±0.008)μg/L、(0.341±0.037)mg/L,三组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ACS患者的血清PCT、D-二聚体水平和正常人群相比有明显的升高趋势。而ACS患者中冠脉病变支数和血清PCT、D-二聚体水平呈明显正相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation study between serum procalcitonin (PCT), D-dimer level and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods ACS patients were selected as the observation group, and 60 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as control group. The serum procalcitonin and D-dimer level with serum PCT, and D-dimer level counted regarding patients with different coronary artery lesions numbers in observation group. Results The level of the serum PCT and D- dimer level were (0.034 ± 0.004) μg/L, and (0.082 ± 0.012) mg/L respectively in the control group, and the two index levels were (0.073 ± 0.007) μg/L and (0.324 ± 0.035) mg/L respectively in observation group. The contrast difference has statistical significance in two groups (P 〈 0.05). In addition, the single coronary artery lesions serum PCT and D-dimer ievel were (0.065 ± 0.005) μg/L and (0.301 ± 0.029) mg/L respectively, and duel coronary artery lesions were (0.070 ± 0.006) μg/L and (0.317 ± 0.033) mg/L respectively and the three coronary artery lesions serum PCT and D-dimer level were (0.075 ± 0.008) μg/L and (0.341 ± 0.037) mg/L respectively in observation group. There was significant difference between.the three groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared to normal person, the serum PCT and D-dimer level for patients with ACS are significantly higher. While there is obvious positive correlation regarding the number of coronary artery lesions for patients with ACS and two indexes of serum PCT and the level of D-dimer.
