摘要
目的:研究野生和林下种植金线莲的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测野生金线莲和林下种植金线莲水提液及醇提液对DPPH自由基的清除能力。结果:野生金线莲和林下种植金线莲对DPPH自由基具有一定的清除作用,其活性均为水提液优于醇提液;野生金线莲与林下种植金线莲对DPPH自由基的清除活性总体差异不大。结论:林下种植可以作为缓解金线莲资源紧张的重要途径。
Objective To research the antioxidant activities in vitro of wild and understory plant Anoectochilus roxburghii. Meth- ods To detect the scavenging effect on DPPH · ability of water and alcohol extraction of wild and understory plant Anoectochilus roxburghii by UV. Results Both wild and understory planting Anoectochilus roxburghii have the ability of scavenging effect on DPPH · . The activity of scavenging effect on DPPH of water extraction is better than alcohol extraction. The scavenging effect on DPPH · ability of wild and understory plant Anoectochilus roxburghii is semblable. Conclusion Planting mode in forest can be used as an important way to alleviate the shortage of Anoectochilus roxburghii.
