摘要 为了解决VoLTE接通率低和掉话的问题,提升VoLTE的客户感知,通过对ZJ某站点的具体实例进行分析,介绍了相应的处理办法,剖析了影响客户感知的主要因素,并研究了VoLTE接通率低和掉话的常见三步排查法,最后通过复测数据证实了该方法的有效可行。 In order to deal with the low call completing rate and call dropping for VoLTE and improve VoLTE user perception,the practical case of a ZJ site was analyzed.Then,the corresponding treatment method was introduced.Main factors to affect user perception were expounded.The three-step elimination method of low call completing rate and call dropping rate for VoLTE was studied.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method was verified by the drive test data.
