摘要
目的分析心血管疾病患者介入操作过程中患者的受照剂量情况。方法选择2015年11月至2016年11月期间在我院行心血管介入手术治疗的患者60例,根据手术类别划分为冠状动脉血管造影术(CA)组(单治组)与行冠状动脉的血管造影术(CA)后再行经皮穿刺腔内冠状动脉的成形术(PTCA)组(联合组)2组,通过TLD个人剂量的计照射野矩阵测量方法,对患者最高皮肤的剂量/PSD、荧光照射的时间与入射皮肤的剂量/ESD等指标进行测量。结果荧光的透视时间平均值(17.82±3.16)min,ESD平均值为(159.61±16.54)mGy,PSD平均值为(772.39±85.72)mGy。结论因为辐射容易引发皮肤的损伤,所以需要对最大皮肤的受照剂量进行监测,以对患者组织与器官进行防护。
Objective To analyze the dose of patients undergoing cardiovascular interventional surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with surgical treatment during the period of 2015 November to 2016 November selected in our hospital for cardiovascular intervention, according to the type of surgery for coronary artery angiography (CA) group (single treatment group) and coronary artery angiography (CA) and then underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) group. (joint group) 2 groups, the radiation field matrix measurement method for TLD personal dose, dose time and/ESD index of entrance skin dose/PSD, fluorescence on the skin of the patients with the highest measurement. Results The average fluoroscopy time (17.82±3.16)min, the average value of ESD was (159.61±16.54) mGy, the average value of PSD was (772.39±85.72) mGy. Conclusion Because radiation is easy to cause skin damage, it is necessary to monitor the maximum skin dose in order to protect the patient's tissues and organs.
