摘要
本试验主要观察和检测高山美利奴种公羊在两个完全不同的饲养环境下生产冷冻精液的效果。结果表明,气温的变化对种公羊生活有一定的影响,表现为采食量减少,性欲望下降,精液量减少,精子畸形率增加。通过采取抗应激措施后,以上异常均能恢复。本试验为研究利用高山美利奴羊在非配种季节,种公羊空闲时间冻制冷冻精液,推广冷冻精液配种技术,提高优秀种公羊的利用率提供借鉴。
This test is mainly to observe and detect the effect of frozen semen of Alpine Merino rams in two different rearing environments.The results showed that the change of temperature have a certain effect on the life of the rams,such as decreasing feed inntake,lower sexual desire,reducing semen volume and increasing sperm deformity rate.However,the above abnormalities have been recovered through the adoption of anti stress measures.This experiment can make a reference for studying the breeding of Alpine Merino sheep,promotion of frozen semen breeding technology and improving the utilization of good good quality rams.
