摘要
为了研究轴流式止回阀的流动特性,基于UG建立了内部流场模型,利用Fluent软件对止回阀内部流场进行了数值模拟,计算出止回阀内流场的压力云图和速度云图,分析其流阻大小的影响因素,得出轴流式止回阀具有流阻小等优点;并与试验结果作对比,结果表明两者基本吻合,验证了数值模拟的可行性和有效性,为轴流式止回阀内流道的优化提供理论依据。
With studying the flow characteristics of the axial flow check valve, the internal flow model was established based on UG, and the internal flow of the check valve was simulated by Fluent software, the pressure contours and velocity contours were calculated in the check valve, and the influencing factors of flow resistance was analyzed, the axial flow check valve has the advantages of small flow resistance and so on; and compared with experimental results. The results show that the basic agreement between the two, which proves the feasibility and validity of numerical simulation, and which provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the axial flow check valve flow.
