摘要
近年来,为了提高带式输送机输送带的抗拉强度,广泛使用钢芯带。而采用钢芯输送带,其纵向抗拉强度能够得到提升,抗撕裂强度却较为薄弱。着重对带式输送机纵向撕裂的主要原因进行深入分析,并设计了带式输送机纵向撕裂综合保护系统,为相关行业提供参考。
In recent years,in order to belt conveyor,the widespread use of steel core belt. The steel core belt, the longitudinal tensile strength can be improved, the tensile strength is relatively weak.Focus on in-depth analysis of main reasons for longitudinal tear tape machine,and design a comprehensive protection system of belt longitudinal tear,to provide reference for the related industries.
