摘要
高速滚动轴承在使用过程中发生的打滑失效现象对其支承系统乃至整机性能影响显著,需要深入分析其生成与演变规律。从打滑机理、热失效机理、擦伤失效机理研究等多维视角出发,对高速滚动轴承打滑失效问题现状进行了详细论述,并对其存在问题及发展动态进行了深入探讨,从而为提升高速滚动轴承使用性能与寿命提供参考。
Skidding damage of high speed rolling bearings often occurs in rotating machinery, which could significantly affect the service performance of the machine. The skidding damage rules require further analysis. With the multidimensional perspective of skidding, thermal failure and scuffing failure mechanism, the research status and development of skidding damage problems in the high speed rolling bearings were analyzed and reviewed in detail. The study can be used to improve the rolling bearing quality and performance.
