摘要
试验台上发动机-传动轴-测功机系统的扭转振动会带来连接轴异响、连接轴损坏、曲轴断裂等问题,因此需要根据发动机、测功机和试验要求合理选用台架用传动轴,并尽可能避免在发动机完全转速范围内发生共振。从双质量系统扭振入手,主要考虑扭转刚度、阻尼、弯曲振动和扭振强度、曲轴强度校核、过渡盘强度校核等问题,对传动轴的选用及过渡盘的设计进行探讨。
The torsional vibration of the test rig (engine-shaft-dyno) can lead to abnormal sound and the damage of the shaft, the rupture of the crankshaft. The power shaft should be designed according to the engine data and the requirements of dynamic test, and torsional vibration resonance of the engine-shaft-dyno within the engine speed range must be avoided. The main considerations in the shaft design are the torsional stiffness, damping, bending vibration and check the strength of the crankshaft and transition tray in the paper.
