摘要
目的:探讨心血管介入诊疗中心的设计与建设。方法:分析介入导管中心流程设计,根据心血管疾病诊疗需求,确定功能房间配比与设置;按照手术室设计规范及院感规定,合理规划医患流程、洁污流程。在空调通风专业方面,除了关注净化系统对手术室空气洁净度、温湿度的控制外,考虑设备机房对于温控的需求,并兼顾能耗与环保。电气专业方面探讨配电箱至手术室终端的合理配置。装饰装修等方面,在保证消防安全前提下,兼顾美观性、经济性及实用性。结果:功能房间合理化配置,流程设计符合院感要求;配置了适合导管室工作需求和北方气候特征的空调系统;导管室配电及UPS电源配置满足手术室安全需求;装饰装修方法实用有效。在2015年10月顺利通过了各项验收,在投入运营的一年中,未发生任何故障。结论:在医院新大楼介入诊疗中心建设过程中,参考国内外先进经验、结合未来发展,根据布局流程、空调通风、机电专业等各方面需求进行科学设计、精心组织实施,运营结果表明达到预期建设目标。
Objective： To explore the design and construction of cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment center. Methods： To analyze the process design of interventional catheter center, and then decide the ratio and setting of function room based on the requirement of diagnosis and treatment for cardiovascular disease（CVD）; to reasonably plan the process of doctor and patient, and the process of clean and dirty as the design norms and stipulation of operating room. In the air conditioning ventilation, not only considered the demand of the temperature control of equipment room, the energy consumption and environment protection, but also paid attention to the purification system how to control air cleanliness, temperature and humidity for operation room. In the matter of electrical specialty, to explore the reasonable allocations from distribution box to the operation room terminal. About decoration and other aspects, esthetic, economic and practical were taken into account under the premise of ensuring fire safety. Results： The results were as follows： the function room has got reasonable allocation, process design has conformed to the requirement for hospital infection; the configuration of the air conditioning system has suited to the demand of catheterization work and the northern climate; the power distribution of catheter room and UPS power configuration has met the security requirements; and the decoration method was practical and effective. Conclusion： Fuwai hospital makes innovative attempts in the process of design and construction for cardiovascular interventional center, and this center has stably worked in present.
